1- SHIPPING TIMES

 

We have manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Mexico and Europe to accommodate our broad spectrum of customers.

U.S. ITEMS
U.S. customers will be shipped items from our U.S. or Mexico facilities depending on supply availability. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary.  On average, our U.S. items take 4 to 7 days to receive.  In addition, as items are made-to-order, please allow 2-3 days processing especially during the busy holiday seasons.  A U.S. item shipped overseas can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days depending on the final destination.

IMPORTED ITEMS

All-over-print crop tops, sweatshirts and hoodies are printed and shipped either from Europe or Mexico no matter where you reside in the world and can take 7 to 14 days for receipt. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. Other items are printed and shipped from the location nearest to you thus reducing turn-around time by 3 to 4 days.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders shipping from the U.S. to a U.S. location take 3 to 7 days.  Orders shipping from Mexico to a U.S. location take 3 to 7 days.  If you reside in Europe, most items will be printed and shipped from Europe and shipping times will be similar to U.S. shipping times.

On average, worldwide shipping to other locations takes 10 to 20 days and is sent via that country's tracking service with last mile shipping within the U.S. handled by USPS.  In addition, please allow 2-3 days processing on our end as well as the supplier's end especially during the busy holiday seasons.  When the item (s) ship, you will be given a tracking number.

2- FAULTY GOODS

Contact us within 7 days to arrange a return and get proper return instructions for faulty goods.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

 

3- RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you're unhappy about your purchase, please contact us prior to shipping it back to us in order to get approval and proper return instructions.  The product must be in new and wearable condition.  Once received and inspected,  and we will process your refund and issue it back to the original payment form (less shipping charges). Shoes should only have been worn on carpeted surfaces and the soles be unworn and unscratched.

  • You must contact Whimzy Tees via email prior to returning any items.
  • Returns are allowed on new, regularly priced in stock merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be returned unopened (in original packaging) and with customer receipt. Closeout items, reduced price items (sale or bundled discounts), wetsuits and used gear items are not eligible for returns. After 30 days, all sales are final.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both to and from the customer if free shipping was used and just the return shipment if customer paid shipping cost.
  • If exchanging gear for an alternate size/ product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement product.
  • On all international/non-contiguous US returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping/return costs.

4- SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and free shipping was applied, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, shipping times may vary.

If you are shipping an item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To summarize:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both to and from the customer if free shipping was used and just the return shipment if customer paid shipping cost.
  • If exchanging gear for an alternate size/ product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement product plus the shipping costs of the original item if free shipping was applied (this last amount will be deducted from the refund)
  • On all international/non-contiguous US returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping/return costs.

 

5- SIZING AND RETURNS

 

Items made in the U.S. or Europe (95% of our products) (https://whimzytees.com/collections/usa) are sized to fit the American market.  Size charts are provided on each product page under the 'Sizing' tab.  Please know your size and/or take measurements prior to placing your order.  If you require assistance or guidance, please contact us via info@whimzytees.com or via Messenger on our Facebook Business Page found at https://www.facebook.com/whimzytees.

The cost of returning items due to an error in size are the responsibility of the shopper.
